Non-medical care means our services focus on wellness observation, companionship, safety monitoring, and daily living support — not diagnosis, treatment, or skilled nursing. We are the bridge between independent living and clinical care, keeping families informed and clients safe in their own homes.
We primarily serve Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Desert Hot Springs, and surrounding communities throughout the Coachella Valley. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.
After every visit we provide a detailed visit summary shared with designated family members or caregivers. Our Gold Package also includes daily phone check-ins on non-visit days. You'll always know how your loved one is doing.
We provide medication reminders — meaning we remind clients to take their medications as scheduled. We do not administer, handle, or alter medications, which falls under medical care. Our CMA-led team can also help coordinate with healthcare providers when appropriate.
